Don’t go through this place it’s a scam and I have a police report that I filed. I was told it’s a civil matter to file with the courts to recover my 200 I paid for parts. I was told from the police officer that the building is not in service and has had multiple complaints about this. I will file with the better business bureau as well. I just want to save anyone else any money or aggravation.

Absolutely horrible! I bought the parts and had them install it should have only took 40 minutes to a hour tops. They not only took almost 4 hours but also I left with my vehicle sounding worse. On top of that the price was outrageous especially since I bought the parts

Brought my 2015 Ford Focus in with transmission issues — overheating and slipping in reverse. They plugged in a scan tool that didn’t even work, pulled no codes, then guessed it was the whole transmission and quoted me $3,500 for a full transmission swap without actually diagnosing anything. Took it to another shop that actually looked at it and it was the clutch actuators and a leaking coolant reservoir. $562 total. Would’ve been out $3,500 for work I didn’t even need. Don’t come here unless you want to pay 6x the price for a guess. Save your money and go to a shop that actually diagnoses your car.

I cannot recommend them enough!!! We are from Indianapolis and had come to Cincy for an anniversary weekend my husband and I. We were just getting ready to head back home and our vehicle started going out and eventually cut off on us. We were stranded on the side of a road in a neighborhood and called for a tow. We found this shop on a Google search as the ONLY auto repair open at 8pm on a Sunday, thank GOD! They were standing outside of the shop when the tow truck got there and quickly started diagnosing. They fixed the vehicle and had us on our way!! So appreciative of this shop and the guys that took extra time and care to get us on our way home! Thanks again!

Very reasonable pricing, excellent customer service and communication. The front desk girl is so sweet and so is her cat lol. Not too mention they are always available. I literally see this place more than I would like to with circumstances however, its a pleasure everytime. I never have an issue getting my car in and out. Thanks Larry and staff!!
